Many people who give their all in relationships find themselves feeling insecure - unsure where they stand, second-guessing themselves, or losing touch with their own needs. I know how exhausting that kind of uncertainty can be because I've experienced these patterns myself.
Doing the work to better understand my own emotions, communicate more openly with others, and reconnect with a sense of clarity is what led me on the path of becoming a therapist.
Today, I support individuals and couples who want more peace, better communication, and deeper connection.
My approach is compassionate, curious, respectful, and honest. I care about what's happening under the surface, and I work with people who are ready to explore the same.
I'm also an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and I'm happy to serve as a resource to others in the LDS community.
